ITS BEEN 63 DAYS ----all news is about the leak and its impact!.......whom to blame ??is it the plant the government, business or we the people!!!????
an estimated loss of 50 million gallons of oil has already leaked , apart from efforts to stop it by the top kill, junk shots methods that failed,, even though relief wells that are being dug as of now takes time until august by then no doubt all the oil will be out causing a threat to the flora and fauna!
its a major disaster in the history , and marine life is in great danger , though , all through coastal hunt to cleanup the mess operation is going on , and around 25000 people are struggling hard to cope up with the alarming danger in future, i don t think we people can just take a breath in just watching the news , updates ,i feel time has come to take action , environment has been destroyed and now efforts are on saving the breeds for future!
i was reading through TIME , reports on the catastrophe, and i fully support their take on the disaster saying its the A+B =C AND A-an unavoidable factors like the hazards, then B-IS human factors like sins of greed, arrogance, laziness and in differences and finally C- is the catastrophe!
so this is the theory behind the disaster and it has been developed by a 50 yr old professor and i truely support this equation!
but still, whenever i see news, read and follow the on going environ danger i am sad, seeing the suffering in pics and i pray ....let there be a magic so that the leak stops as soon as possible and let the major plant think to change their ongoing rescue operations and think about new methods that can save future accidents!

well, getting used to phones is an unforgettable addict! using the same old one also reminds us that coomon change it common!
this attitude made me switch over to new piece altogether ,,,,here if u get a number , u need to buy a gadget first and that led us "me and my hubby" to look for the latest one around and after alot and alot of SURFING, BROWSING AND DISCUSSIONS we decided to have SONY s C905A!
CYBERSHOT 8.1 MP ! i liked the very look at first sight itself.....its in silver colour and has as many features as every new one has but multitasking is the newfeature i could see ofcourse whats so much to boost up is the feeling but shooting , sending and recording in one shot id the added feature....and snaps are awesome, so clear and we can even take the best choosen picture so that contrast and colour matches accordingly!

FESTIVALS are our part of lives, ever since we come to conscious world, our parents teach us relevance of each festival and thus we follow our own culture, tradition, family values, and relations! but, as time goes on and on we tend to change this motive towards responsibiltiies as they keep us busy !
we had UGADI on MARCH 16 a traditional telugu new year day celebrated every year beginning of chaitra masam /month name, first day !
festive time and mood is different to each one ! as family get together s, celebrations, prayers, auspicious occasions and so on keeps our mind busy with one or the another , but at times we dont even get to know the motive when we are home away from home and this happened to me when i realized its relevance, i missed every single moment i did when i was a child! being elder most in family, i looked upon every single thing perfectly,buy flowers, arrange things and clean up the messy stuff and do shopping !
times changed when flew to states to start a new life here!i miss all festivals everyyear! try to overcome by making my own style of following traditions , overall home thoughts keeps me away for a moment ! community also matters here , people get along with group participation in temples and celebrate with atmost interest !but mingling is what matters!
i see some friends who are always busy with organising things , to make an occasion so succesful that , one feels so much u care for people out here! and i feel bugged up when someone asks me what u did? how u did? and how was it? these questions are so boring that how can u expect the same as everywhere?people are just crazy over many unwanted things !
whereas its other way out in our home country! u hardly have time for anything" other than"
ur own family! i find this strange here and had a sigh! well , it depends also if u wanna have a heart just do it! sometimes may be the environ also matters u tend to change the way the locals are , and this also means u look out for people when ur all alone! thus i got away from my origin of the topic to people, relationships etc !but its true!
if busy lives are on one side culture must also be followed to know our values, so that we can teach even to next generation ahead!
but i still miss , the festive mood ! even though times change or life goes ahead i pray to GOD wherever we are let us all have a BLESSED DAYS AHEAD!

I as one of the women in INDIA , respect in all means the 33% reservation to women , to be passed despite its ongoing arguments over various angles. lets rewind ourselves , the bill was introduced by the then United front leader HD deve gowda in 1996 , though it started with many violations still opposition is fighting for reservation within the reserved status like 'quota within quota"and this is adding political tensions just to prolong the issue. the very nature of politics is about to change soon and this is worrying our oppositions as this brings big competetion to male electives , in all LS AND RS seats. time has to let us know how much does a women president and congress leader, supports the bill in making it a success for congress centenary celebrations.
i am happy to announce here that the WOMENS RESERVATION BILL HAS BEEN PASSED IN RAJYA SABHA AND WAIITNG FOR LOKSABHA APPROVAL AND I WISH IT COULD BE DONE SUCCESFULLY AND THIS IS A REAL GIFT FOR WOMEN !
Besides politics, i feel a social consiousness and social movement is going to take big role if reservation is given as women ads more value to development ,but politics always shade away the useful ways. if we go onto the past , ANCIENT WOMEN have enjoyed all rights equal to men but times changed and child marriages , lack of education, sexual abuses, divorse and poverty made women live in dark age. now days are of always abusing rather than respecting . we see a exploitation in every field even if world is progressing we see cases of kidnapping, rapes, suicides, dowry and many . i feel its a equal right despite reservations to fight for any abuses.reservations are just like a thread to seperate but, right to live dosent prohibit in any way of living .
lastly i need to mention that there is no road block for any womens path of success! we deserve to get equal opportunities wherever we are forever until this earth exists!

well these words indicate hifi-management terms . its very important to choose a brand as a consumer! well satisfaction also matters to maintain brand power my business leads.
the moment we hear BRITANIA, HLL, TATA, PONDS, NOKIA, BATA, TITAN, and many more
we get a view of the product in mind. so name matters as it says we get a image in our mind~
we decide and stick on to certain brands as family owned as they are very bonded and bring families together . ask anyone for any cooking we need salt , so TATA SALT is popular.for a fair and smooth skin FAIR AND LOVELY is the best ! or PONDS cold cream is mostly used !
for mosquitos to be get rid off GOODNIGHT cares for our needs!
if we need to have tea TAJMAHAL is watering our mouth! though REDLABEL, TATA, AND TETLY also sound good and flavoured ..or for coffee lovers NESCAFE, BRU keep up the taste!
food products are innumerable so many that instant food s are into their way of satisfying hunger @ time consuming ! MAGGIE is on my mind on a cold chilly and easy to enjoy breakfast or anytime meal ! or BISCUITS i would choose MASKA CHASKA or BRITANIA-GOODDAY, though SUNFEAST, keeps to its race! altough traditional MARIEGOLD is the choice even for many! all these above mentioned are forever developed tastes! so even if other brand comes in a sudden switch of is long time to go!
though there will be a social, demographic, economic, cultural factors responsible in creating and using brands i feel we get to attached to some that we cant manage to get a new trial though we get good or bad response .. take the case of SHAMPOOS for hair although PANTENE,GARNIER hits the race, HEADS AND SHOULDERS , ALLCLEAR AND SUNSILK are competing each other for best dandruff removal!
in SOAPS PEARS is a all time choosen , but LUX , DOVE, LIFEBOY are liked by many and many are like family loving like HAMAM though some might have forgoten , and CINTHOL are the best ever to be used !
even washing powders SURF, AERIAL, VANISH are now top most used , i see old are the best to get a longlasting clothes and safe hands option for washing purpose! though today i see SUNFLOWER, MR WHITE, and other local based available!
cleaning agents are like a more top priority these days as cleanliness is on our back to prevent major diseases LYSOL , HARPIC, DETTOL, CIF are now the most prefered , though other took over our attention but i could see top are always the best!
lets see about SHOES , BATA rose its sales the most for promoting the reasonable rates for years , school shoes and slippers we still try to keep up its name..KHADIMS tried to gain attention but not to the level of our satisfaction! local brands vary state by state and also country so i would take a exception here not to mention too many !
talking about the tooth paste, COLGATE universally demands more attention although PEPSODENT draws attention for kids .. i could notice a household has a more brands available than a retailer !this is amazing ...branding is prospering , competetion matters!
thus this list is unending even though i think to stop i feel i left out many ,,,so friends i wanted to say one thing BRANDS build our needs and demands and they grow as we grow and best brands are always choosen by the amount they satisfied our wants! today i feel these are good but it might change just as time runs so too many brands also confuse us!
u might come across all these in your routine this is only a experience ...product users might have various experiences i have not directly hit at their property!i only used their names to fill in the purpose ..i was trying to capture all at a time! and get a place to post to make my freinds know what we use daily!

LIVE AND LET LIVE ,IS A SAYING ...which reminds me of life is full of giving and sharing experiences as well as share knowledge and writing itself is the key to let know people..helping others and dont expect thanks back is the common thing our parents keep preaching ..
but expectations apart , we tend to mend towards that behaviour...because let me share with u
all a small instance ,,,there are some people whom i came across where in i helped in whatever mode ,,,and when time has come to ask for a help ,,the person disppear and even fail to recognise
us so its really tough ...to judge such kinda people out there!!!
i am very much ,,a learning from experiences typo ,,,,because ,,in life ,,there will be many instances ,,where in u even wont listen to ur parents and keep ur track of things because age tends to bring u a change and it makes u really dominate and makes one mind rotate in angles and take u twists and turns and let u do only things what u r heart says not mind !!
it happens ,,as i said ,,authority is one factor that binds aperson to show it on people otherwsise its a fear that u are not recognised among agroup ,,i had the same feeling so i started dominating well the result ,,,it struck me finally ... depending to words of my elders ,,,what to do my ego went to space!!
whether its career , or choice of ur tastes it all depends how u communicate...so do express ,,,and iam glad that ,,my parents were very patient enough to every taunty activity i take up ..because they make me learn 'independent'... nature so that i learn by myself later ,,infact they are right !!
today iam expressive ,open and outward because life taught me how to be so !!
unless u utter how the other one ,,even try to get u ,,so be talkative at times needed and less when not .....

THANK GOD I AM AWAY FROM SOFTWARE!
HELLO ALL YE SOFTWARE PROFFESIONALS...well , i am glad i didn't choose my life ambition to be an engineer or any computer professional!
because who knows tomorrow or today where u work that company might exist in reality??
i am referring to recently scam hit SATYAM episode of manipulating accounts
and making it a sensation in IT MARKET ...
though the center comes forward in saving the company for more results ...in business but lost fame does not gather back the popularity ! employees trust and hopes are in vain now. though the point of not using money for personal purposes is no way bringing any new results and the statement does not effect in any matter neither to any lay man or an employee ..
but what next is the question out there! salary and job allowances are already gone ...i pity the
status of employees and concern for their future is just away ...from their reach ,,that s the reason many of them are looking out for other options ,,,but still how long and far can this be sorted out though new board comes forward to resolve further issues ...
i think the future of any other company like sat yam has to be carefully diagnosed as this causes serious ups and downs in market and look forward to not bully any one so that innocent lives are at stake ..but competition and success in business doesn't leave any one to do good always may be that's why some issues like this cant stop ...
at the end i am happy for a reason not working into this field as always this field cant bring fruits to our career ,,,i feel other fields should also be considered worth to all those who think this field is the king .....because breakups in market leads to total dislocation...
so my piece of advice to my friends learn skills that may fetch u knowledge more other than
a page of symbols or scripts !!!and quick change in life also adds to further succeed in flying colors...
