BRANDING, BRANDS, BRAND POWER ,////
well these words indicate hifi-management terms . its very important to choose a brand as a consumer! well satisfaction also matters to maintain brand power my business leads.
the moment we hear BRITANIA, HLL, TATA, PONDS, NOKIA, BATA, TITAN, and many more
we get a view of the product in mind. so name matters as it says we get a image in our mind~
we decide and stick on to certain brands as family owned as they are very bonded and bring families together . ask anyone for any cooking we need salt , so TATA SALT is popular.for a fair and smooth skin FAIR AND LOVELY is the best ! or PONDS cold cream is mostly used !
for mosquitos to be get rid off GOODNIGHT cares for our needs!
if we need to have tea TAJMAHAL is watering our mouth! though REDLABEL, TATA, AND TETLY also sound good and flavoured ..or for coffee lovers NESCAFE, BRU keep up the taste!
food products are innumerable so many that instant food s are into their way of satisfying hunger @ time consuming ! MAGGIE is on my mind on a cold chilly and easy to enjoy breakfast or anytime meal ! or BISCUITS i would choose MASKA CHASKA or BRITANIA-GOODDAY, though SUNFEAST, keeps to its race! altough traditional MARIEGOLD is the choice even for many! all these above mentioned are forever developed tastes! so even if other brand comes in a sudden switch of is long time to go!
though there will be a social, demographic, economic, cultural factors responsible in creating and using brands i feel we get to attached to some that we cant manage to get a new trial though we get good or bad response .. take the case of SHAMPOOS for hair although PANTENE,GARNIER hits the race, HEADS AND SHOULDERS , ALLCLEAR AND SUNSILK are competing each other for best dandruff removal!
in SOAPS PEARS is a all time choosen , but LUX , DOVE, LIFEBOY are liked by many and many are like family loving like HAMAM though some might have forgoten , and CINTHOL are the best ever to be used !
even washing powders SURF, AERIAL, VANISH are now top most used , i see old are the best to get a longlasting clothes and safe hands option for washing purpose! though today i see SUNFLOWER, MR WHITE, and other local based available!
cleaning agents are like a more top priority these days as cleanliness is on our back to prevent major diseases LYSOL , HARPIC, DETTOL, CIF are now the most prefered , though other took over our attention but i could see top are always the best!
lets see about SHOES , BATA rose its sales the most for promoting the reasonable rates for years , school shoes and slippers we still try to keep up its name..KHADIMS tried to gain attention but not to the level of our satisfaction! local brands vary state by state and also country so i would take a exception here not to mention too many !
talking about the tooth paste, COLGATE universally demands more attention although PEPSODENT draws attention for kids .. i could notice a household has a more brands available than a retailer !this is amazing ...branding is prospering , competetion matters!
thus this list is unending even though i think to stop i feel i left out many ,,,so friends i wanted to say one thing BRANDS build our needs and demands and they grow as we grow and best brands are always choosen by the amount they satisfied our wants! today i feel these are good but it might change just as time runs so too many brands also confuse us!
u might come across all these in your routine this is only a experience ...product users might have various experiences i have not directly hit at their property!i only used their names to fill in the purpose ..i was trying to capture all at a time! and get a place to post to make my freinds know what we use daily!

LIVE AND LET LIVE ,IS A SAYING ...which reminds me of life is full of giving and sharing experiences as well as share knowledge and writing itself is the key to let know people..helping others and dont expect thanks back is the common thing our parents keep preaching ..
but expectations apart , we tend to mend towards that behaviour...because let me share with u
all a small instance ,,,there are some people whom i came across where in i helped in whatever mode ,,,and when time has come to ask for a help ,,the person disppear and even fail to recognise
us so its really tough ...to judge such kinda people out there!!!
i am very much ,,a learning from experiences typo ,,,,because ,,in life ,,there will be many instances ,,where in u even wont listen to ur parents and keep ur track of things because age tends to bring u a change and it makes u really dominate and makes one mind rotate in angles and take u twists and turns and let u do only things what u r heart says not mind !!
it happens ,,as i said ,,authority is one factor that binds aperson to show it on people otherwsise its a fear that u are not recognised among agroup ,,i had the same feeling so i started dominating well the result ,,,it struck me finally ... depending to words of my elders ,,,what to do my ego went to space!!
whether its career , or choice of ur tastes it all depends how u communicate...so do express ,,,and iam glad that ,,my parents were very patient enough to every taunty activity i take up ..because they make me learn 'independent'... nature so that i learn by myself later ,,infact they are right !!
today iam expressive ,open and outward because life taught me how to be so !!
unless u utter how the other one ,,even try to get u ,,so be talkative at times needed and less when not .....
hmm gotta bored ,,,it happens we cant get along continuosly upon ,,,one thing i know ,,so let me keep up to next pick until then bye ......

THANK GOD I AM AWAY FROM SOFTWARE!
HELLO ALL YE SOFTWARE PROFFESIONALS...well , i am glad i didn't choose my life ambition to be an engineer or any computer professional!
because who knows tomorrow or today where u work that company might exist in reality??
i am referring to recently scam hit SATYAM episode of manipulating accounts
and making it a sensation in IT MARKET ...
though the center comes forward in saving the company for more results ...in business but lost fame does not gather back the popularity ! employees trust and hopes are in vain now. though the point of not using money for personal purposes is no way bringing any new results and the statement does not effect in any matter neither to any lay man or an employee ..
but what next is the question out there! salary and job allowances are already gone ...i pity the
status of employees and concern for their future is just away ...from their reach ,,that s the reason many of them are looking out for other options ,,,but still how long and far can this be sorted out though new board comes forward to resolve further issues ...
i think the future of any other company like sat yam has to be carefully diagnosed as this causes serious ups and downs in market and look forward to not bully any one so that innocent lives are at stake ..but competition and success in business doesn't leave any one to do good always may be that's why some issues like this cant stop ...
at the end i am happy for a reason not working into this field as always this field cant bring fruits to our career ,,,i feel other fields should also be considered worth to all those who think this field is the king .....because breakups in market leads to total dislocation...
so my piece of advice to my friends learn skills that may fetch u knowledge more other than
a page of symbols or scripts !!!and quick change in life also adds to further succeed in flying colors...

MIND SHIFT- A STRATEGY IN LIFE -QUICK,FAST,EASY!
WELL FRIENDS,
A permanant life and a well planned life ia always is in the mind of a typical
not to change personality! how about changing life style in a country, where in imagination lands
born up!!!! and ur life turns out to be more roller coaster than u expect!!!!!
i hope got my point iam talking about shifting mindset all of a sudden when u start a life in western countries,i wonder human mind is so tuned to change as we take life as it comes ,,,though time taking but we like it because like the WHO MOVED MY CHEESE - spenser's way of making accepting change in life we do come across many hurdles and many new things in our way where in understanding it takes too much time , but i feel thats what is life is!
we do something our heart says and mind reads what we want....and finally do else which satisfies our needs and demands...i feel maslow's psychological needs is the base of change -acceptance -living patterns in life ..though modern day rules, way of life always take u onto one side, but finally a systematic discipline and a one way policy is followed. i experienced it let me quote an experience ,,,timely paying my rental bill and getting my notice is what made me wonder so punctual people tend to be in a developed country ...
let it be office or home a life standard is set here where in a very careless and very lazy becomes an alert and a fast on time ! and when it comes to shifting homes after u complete ur project at a place .. dispose off is easy because where ever u go u need to be temporary in mind ...and buy cheap goods then again start off as jobs are not permenant !!
so what i say is relationships is hard to maintain here because time bound activities make ur self busy and a busy busy life schedules is todays mantra of living. this life style is becoming a habit and so cultural upbringing, roots of the family is less thought and new life patterns are woven into todays generation ...and this may pose a question on how long this can lead us to ???

DRIVING-an unforgettable episode in my life!
HEY FRIENDS ...
every one needs to have a car in a foreign country especially in united states as mobility is restricted unless u have one so, driving license is a process here!but things dosent sound so easy if we start as newcomers! life is a challenge take it!!! but in cases like learning driving for first timer is like climbing a hill ,adventurously because time taking process , rules kill our confidence !
so even before one gets a job in united states friends, relatives, stress on licence or else we have to depend on taxi or any public transport . ..being indpendent is better ...learning first timee in american roads is very difficult because left hand, no sound horn makes one really think twice before attempting and thus learning carefully is the right thing!
if ur learning with a desi guy then its waste they take off ur time, money and ur confidence !because the person in the license office dosent need to know from where u hail? isnt it? take a class ...unless u heard a review good and useful! take it as my word as i had experience..once i called for a class , they simply make us ride on highways without even teaching the rules they just make us ride.. which is crazy ! ...and they do so as they want more money and we need to learn ,,more so u get caught there!
next , ur confidence is down if ur drving is under controll! so he does braking thats it..u do the control of steering,,whats the use..so to learn well get along with a american learning center
reviews help one to really find a way! i hope this piece only gets a advice to be cautioned about
people who are new and know more ...
look before ur turn comes at the license centre as chances are there to get ur scheduled turn getting cancelled this happpenned once so i am more careful about my fellow freinds who simply think everything is taken care by the person who we pay ...well thats not the case there so thats it friends then ,,happy driving and learn well any doubts just browse on net to get a wise advice..

Newspaper ...".METRO" ..a readers point of view..!
Newspapers in United States of America are good to read ... in the sense , bundles of papers and lot of ads colourful leaves you with a qusetion when will i read all this???...local news is hot, hotter and hottest ...because community watch is fast and events in different communities at any place makes one updated , through print word!
so one finds local tabloids for free because reaching people, covering various places, people, culture,,all needs to be reported and also people want to read and know more , as well as participate..i find METRO-A WORLDS LARGEST GLOBAL NEWSPAPER ,covering philadelphia , very well reaching masses and thus target is reached ..making locals aware of their surroundings rightly!
lets see about the sections indetail- i find interesting coloumns by writers,bloggers,and readers
on various segments such as politics, elections, sports, fashion, travel , living , entertainment,
local phily events,fashion shows, sales, and theatre ,cinema, arts and museums ,business and sports.. though these are commonly written , court judgements which is new to me as new reader of metro,i find this as interesting , editorials and letters also makes a newspaper complete apart from these debates and education are also one of the common sections included!
i liked the features such as blogarithms, list of blogs on net , a section called "it happens today"
covering on- going events in philly , and style section attracted more as i liked the
pictures and texts very capturing ,living upto an expectation of youth fashion .. and students like to watch their oppurtunities" in college admissions" coloumn so kids enjoy to find a cartoon funny and youngsters love to do" crosswording" and" suduko" !well these are to break the seriousness ..
added feature here to mention is global concern by the newspaper for environs safety and this
really made me feel a real paper for real concern ,,,as global warming is a threat to us and we will pose future problems , the paper has filed a survey called "METRO LIFE SURVEY" to make us know about the causes, effects ,how life is geting tougher and we as readers have the reaponsibilty to protect the surroundings well !!..blame it on recycling products or our own household trash ..
these features as their assets one can see, the paper has made me to write a review to know

TO DO OR NOT TO???//
Have u guys ever really got ur parents words into ur minds???well if not ..then think twice because ..later u might all think oh why did i not listen then ...???well , now every one of us one day become independent that we hardly find time to cater for needs out for ourselves as well as our elders...but how long we are going to be like this one day just think about your parents, their
sweetcaring words, guidance and learning techniques ...and we are today like this because of their affection, bringing up, lessons of life , and what to do and what not...is that right yes ..i feel it right because today being lonely far away from parents i feel like misisng them every situation i face be it cooking, eating, and taking any responsibility i remember my mothers cautionary dialogue on how much to cook or not , and i do remember the dad's routine words on how to effectively use time and its value ...dont waste time...
yes , i once always felt of being too much taunted in my college days but though some times i just took them out of my ear they might have gone deeep into my mind that thinking about those again today wish i could have listen to those wordss...
may be too much caring was a bane for me then but its really boon because once we take roles of being a wife, mother we change our pattern of behaviour and become a responsible person once for all within no time ....well..experiences really pays one!
parents make us remind of learning and coping things very well and so i have to accept obeying elders is important as we feel the same later part of our lives so be prepared to take life as it comes and act accordingly because life is a challenge and we have to take it
putting an end to this opinion i thank my parents for every step in life they thought me to become a very responsible wife and good daughter.

TAAAREE ,,ZAMMEEEN PAR...WOW WHAT A MOVIE!!!
MOVIE-REVIEW OF TAARE ZAMEEN PAR!!
I Really liked this pick of the month of aamir's really excellent make over by a very talented and realistic mentality!!
the very story idea reminds me of how the world thinks too much about competetion....and rearing up children is a bane not boon...
i feel children like 'ishant awasthi' a character ,is like aboy next door and we should get to know that first and then go according to know about childs mentality and care for them ,,ofcourse wheres the time for any one to care for children like a boy with reading and writing disability//unless a teacher ,,,like in movies,...aamir mends him and really shapes a boy of neuro disorder into a star!!
its an case study of mentally retarted children and cope up mechanisms based on documentaries , the movie overall really made me think twice what about others like the one in the movie...
its a clear lesson to all the parents to first care their children before enforcing them to pressurable, studies...i feel this is the plot!!!
all well said i liked the way the story portraying the character of the little one transforming into a succesful being ,,from any kind of weakness,,,i feel there should be teachers like aamir to get along with problem children...
our psychologists,counsellors,parents are good mentors not to worry but self realisation of talent is the secret behind childs mentality ...and their behaviour every one has a talent realising is the asset...

symbolising the same ....
more over the characterisation itself brings life and moulds one towards reality ,,atleast

i was usually having a nap today noon, when i got to see the weather out through my bedroom window ...i was really chilled to see snow and raining !!to not to miss out, i took pictures and tried all my experiments to cover this superb romantic, weather! i think all u young couples its really never miss out climate!!enjoy....
for two hours its a non stop chilly never to forget day and like in 'shakespears romanticism' and keats saying
" A THING OF BEAUTY IS JOY FOREVER"
truely , theres nothing more beauty other than nature !!
all our poets ,,are all very artistic in every word and well written poetry about weather is true because today i am enjoying it very well ...every moment!!great fall !
thanks to u all great poets to leave us a few words to make us feel the art into reality !!!
hmm sitting with a cup of tea, i felt like penning down all my flowing thoughts,expressions and my hands well are not stopping me
to put an end to this endless experience on a snowny evening!!
women , weather and work are unpredictable here in united states well this is a common belief i heard people saying so , oh yes in reality terms !!!
talking about women, they are just casual and so down to earth!
they get along with everything !!!oh my god imagine having a cup of coffee late nights unlike here in india that too a women with a group of collegues, friends,,,and what not!
the weather yes we cant step out even if it rains,or too foggy and
oops sunny also- an important task of the day!!
imagine people moving out in india like this watching for weather, and traffic ,,hmmm i think soon its gonna be like that !!!
and lastly its work oh though its a scheduled network but hourly basis calculations makes one mad and u work for a few more dollars.... wow what a mind !!!
so that is all i want to share up !as of now ,,sighing off bbye!!
